Please read these Terms carefully before downloading or using Sleeps Tracker. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Sleeps Tracker is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help individuals log sleep sessions, track sleep patterns, and build more consistent sleep routines on supported mobile devices.
By using the app, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or any portion of it
- Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
- Attempt to circumvent any security features of the app
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the sleep data you enter, maintaining your own backups, and any actions taken within the app. Sleeps Tracker stores data locally on your device, and deletion of the app or app data may result in permanent loss of your sleep history.
3. Data Export and Deletion
The app allows you to export your sleep history as CSV or PDF files. Exported files are saved locally on your device. You may also delete individual sleep records or all app data through your device settings at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, user interface elements, and underlying software of Sleeps Tracker are owned by Sleeps Tracker or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended personal purpose. No other rights are granted.
5. App Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the app at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may release updates to the app from time to time. Depending on the update, you may be required to accept new Terms to continue using the app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sleeps Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Sleeps Tracker is designed for general awareness and self-tracking only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice regarding your sleep or health.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sleeps Tracker, its developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for loss of data, indirect damages, device issues, or loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Privacy
Your use of Sleeps Tracker is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sleeps Tracker operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
